I am usually ALL IN when it comes to the COZY feels of oatmeal in the morning however with the weather warming up my "OATMEAL MAKING" has taken a bit of a back burner.
Don't get me wrong, I still loooove oatmeal but let's be real-It's NOT really a grab and go breakfast option. Especially when I have hit the snooze button a few too many times...hence these little beauties were born...OATMEAL To-Go!!!! ...and if you are interested to know these cookies are Vegan and Gluten Free.

You've got to love the versatility and the "on-the-go" ease of granola. Recipe: Apple Almond Breakfast Bake Love from the ov, Sara Who knew we could grow cherries? I thought this was solely for the sunny province of BC; none the less I have cherries in my kitchen and could not let these beauties go to waste (thanks to my awesome neighbors for the gift). The BIG question of the day (...oh how I love summer holidays) was what am I going to make with these tart little things?
