I am a science teacher who jumped ship and started teaching the culinary arts where I spend the majority of my days with high school kids! I love peanut butter, beets, a great cup of coffee, chocolate, lemons, pho, raspberries, spinach and homemade bread, though preferably not all at once.
I am a lover of a life of balance. I believe in having a great sweat once a day, fueling my body with wholesome, nutritious food (for the majority of the week;), drinking lots of water & having the odd indulgence here and there.
